Buying a Home
Whether you are looking to buy your first home, upgrade to a larger home for your growing family, or downsize to a smaller home, the Sold By Sellers team will help you buy your home.

The Sold By Sellers team will guide you through the discovery phase, through the home search to the offer, to the closing, and beyond. Throughout the process, we will stay in touch with you through weekly check-ins. We can help you long before you are ready to buy a home.... even long after!

Whether you are just starting to think of moving or wish you had already moved yesterday, the Sold by Sellers Team is here to help. It is never too early to start the conversation. Even if you are in the early stages and just curious about what is available on the market, we would be happy to set up a custom home search.
The Home Buying Process
Even though your home buying experience will be entirely customized to you and your needs, there are a few key phases to every home buying transaction. Sometimes this process goes quickly, while other times we may take our time. It all depends on your goals, needs, and timeline.
Discovery
Schedule a meeting to discuss what you are looing for, identify your needs and preferences, and discuss getting pre-approved.
Prepare to Close
Congrats on your accepted offer! We will share a checklist with all the milestones and dates, keep in contact, support the process, represent your interests at the appraisal, & negotiate on your behalf.
Home Search
Connect with a lender for a pre-approval, learn about the process, setup your custom home search, and start touring homes.
Closing
Closing day makes it official. We will attend the closing with you and you will get the keys to your very own new home!

Offer
Find the right home, craft an offer that is competitive but still protects your interests as a buyer, and make the offer.
Post-Closing Support
Continuous support even after you bought your home. Feel free to reach out with any questions, especially for referrals to preferred local vendors.
