Tour your home, discuss the strategy to sell your house, outline to-dos, discuss pricing and marketing, and get professional photos.
Prepare to Close
We will share a checklist with all the milestones and dates, keep in contact, support the process, represent your interests at the appraisal, & negotiate on your behalf
List your home in the MLS and on all major websites, market your property to qualified buyers, host an open house, and collect offers.
Closing & Support
Closing day makes it official. We will attend the closing with you and hand over the keys to the buyers agent to present to the new buyers.
