Wendy
Meet Wendy
Early Beginnings
Wendy grew up in Coastal Carolina, met her husband while working at a local seafood restaurant, graduated from Cape Fear Community College in North Carolina. Living in a historic town like Wilmington NC began to grow her love of houses, especially those with a story to tell! The couple spent time living in NC, Southern California and briefly Australia before making their home in Wisconsin.
The Real Estate Journey
From buying and selling her own properties, to owning investment and rental properties and even remodeling a property for a flip, Wendy has a breadth of real estate experience to share. Wendy recognized her desire to help others with their real estate goals and became a licensed Realtor in 2017.
Joining an amazing brokerage was important to Wendy so she began her tenure as a realtor with Realty Executives Southeast. Wendy loves to help home buyers and sellers with their real estate goals. It's not a job, but an awesome opportunity to serve and help others reach their dreams!
Giving Back
Wendy believes in shopping local and giving back to her community. Her father introduced her to volunteerism when she was just a child.
Wendy supports the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and St. Jude’s. She has served as the founder and director of several pageants including the Miss Mukwonago Pageant (a character development program for young women), coached Girls on the Run in Waukesha County, currently volunteers in Watertown on the Parade of Homes committee.
